PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Primary Human Hematopoietic Stem cells isolated from Cord Blood 

Axiocell provides high-quality CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), isolated from human umbilical cord blood using positive immunomagnetic separation to ensure a purity level exceeding 90%. These cells serve as a vital resource for stem cell research, immune cell therapy development, and humanized mouse model generation.

Our proprietary isolation process not only yields high-purity CD34+ HSCs but also enables the collection of CD34- fractions, which are enriched with key immune components such as CD3+ T cells, CD19+ B cells, and other hematopoietic progenitors. These additional immune cell fractions make our products ideal for applications including autologous and allogeneic CAR-T and CAR-NK therapies, immune reconstitution studies, and HLA-matched research models.
